The  day as always was dominated by great comradery and sharp competition amongst the teams, music and good food with Kelly’s famous egg sandwiches and Louise’s Kermit cup cakes!

The cup was won by Midland Mafia, Thomas’s university friends who have have fought each year for the coveted Pace cup

​

We welcomed Stonewall and more spectators.

​

We’re really excited to let you know the Foundation is holding its first event of 2021, which will be hosted virtually on Zoom.

This event is of course FREE and will begin with a writing workshop lead by writer and poet Kat Francois.

This will be followed by a 2-hour open mic! We are asking our performers to come and express yourselves around your thoughts and feelings about lockdown...and we want this to happen through whichever form of the arts best serves your creativity.

Thomas was passionate about football so
every year we celebrate his birthday with Pace’s Birthday Football Tournament around September 27th at John Orwell Centre Wapping East London.

A fantastic afternoon with music and food and a great get-together all round.

Open to all, anybody can enter a 5 a side team.

£10 per person. (to go to the hire of the venue)
Trophy for the best team.  Presently held by the COLDFIRE Team.

The Thomas Crosbie Pace Foundation has 30 places in the London Vitality Big Half Marathon.

It costs £10 to enter and we ask each runner to raise £250, which will go to future events and the next Coldfire Festival in 2021.

The next edition of the Coldfire Festival will take place in Tower Hamlets on 14th July. It will see young people performing alongside professional artists and also include:

• Poetry and writing workshops

• Taster sport sessions

• A listening tent for young people to talk to counsellors

We're currently running spoken word and theatre workshops in youth groups to find performers who will take part in the festival.

The Foundation secured 25 places for The Big Half on 4th March 2018. Each runner was required to raise at least £150 in sponsorship funding, to go towards supporting the PACECOLDFIRE FESTIVAL 2018.
